  4. Communicate regularly with your team. Keep your team members informed of the project’s progress and any changes to the plan. Encourage open communication and feedback.
  5. Manage risks and issues proactively. Identify potential risks and issues early on and develop plans to mitigate them. Be prepared to make adjustments to the project plan as needed.
  6. Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed. Track the progress of the project against the plan and make adjustments as needed. This may involve adjusting deadlines, resources, or the scope of the project.
  7. Celebrate successes and learn from failures. When you reach a milestone, take the time to celebrate with your team. And when things don’t go according to plan, learn from your mistakes and make adjustments.
