Level 3 Award in Business Processes

This unit provides learners with an understanding of the business processes and information security requirements to support IT operations, and the IT skills and services that support business operations. The primary role of an Infrastructure Technician is to provide support to internal and external customers, helping them to be productive when using technology to do their own jobs, by using tools to problem solve and troubleshoot non-routine problems. The Infrastructure Technician sets people up on systems and provides support when they need it, rectifying issues to maintain the organisation’s productivity.
