Business Services

Business Services

Our range of business services related apprenticeships (such as Business Administration) are designed for people who may work independently, or as part of a team to manage the vast array of administrative and support tasks, processes and services that underpin the day-to-day efficiency of an organisation.

But in our view, and from what we’ve experienced, it’s plain fact that good administration and business support staff are absolutely vital for the smooth day to day flow of an organisation; without good administrative services, organisations wouldn’t run proficiently, professionally or indeed, at all.

We think good admin and support staff are worth their weight in gold, as they are the real, dynamic links between various areas and are enablers for information, resources, equipment, clients, documents and people to move around from one area to the other with relative ease. ‘Administrators’ help organisations and businesses to run in controlled and organised ways, and are therefore invaluable because without good administrators, we wouldn’t be able to operate properly. End of.

So, if most departments have some form of reliance on the administrative and support functions, investing in your people through apprenticeships is sensible, as our programmes can really help them to –

  • communicate well at all levels, and through a variety of media
  • develop pro-active approaches needed to manage priorities, people, finance, projects, resources, waste or information
  • direct the general activities related to making organisations run seamlessly.

We create individual learning plans for your people and provide one-to-one mentoring from a dedicated member of the Bragd team. Our approach can also include virtual or face-to-face workshops, 24/7 access to our e-portfolio system with bespoke materials and even project work so that learning can be directly transferred into the workplace.
