We think good admin and support staff are worth their weight in gold, as they are the real, dynamic asset who support the various areas of a business and are the enablers of success. Safety professionals do their best to ensure every member of your team gets home safely every day. Administrators help organisations and businesses run in controlled and organised ways, and are therefore invaluable because without good administrators, we wouldn’t be able to operate properly. Our health and safety apprenticeships will give your safety teams the knowledge and skills to –
- Undertake a planned approach to risk assessment including risk profiling, identification and implementation of control measures
- Develop a behaviour-based safety programme and support the management team to create a safety focussed culture
- Conduct detailed incident and accident investigations including hazard containment, root cause analysis, report production and risk mitigation.
We create individual learning plans for your people and provide one-to-one mentoring from a dedicated member of the Bragd team. Our approach can also include virtual or face-to-face workshops, 24/7 access to our e-portfolio system with bespoke materials and even project work so that learning can be directly transferred into the workplace.
