Let’s face it – we’ve all been subjected to dull theoretical management development programmes. Our range of management apprenticeships are different because they are designed to give your people the chance to achieve brilliant things in thought-provoking, inspiring and engaging ways.

We all know that effective leadership and management within organisations is key to determining success. We don’t dress in starchy 3 piece suits and do ‘tick box’ drills though, it’s more like an adventure in learning.

Our management focussed apprenticeships can help you to transform your managers and supervisors – future-proofing both them and the organisation for the modern age. We know from experience that becoming more confident, capable and comfortable as a manager can be really challenging for some people. So, we take time to plan suitable training pathways to help your people develop, harness and apply their strengths in progressive, tangible and powerful ways.

With a focus on the ‘big things’ we set people up to naturally lead by example, with dedicated support like one-to-one mentoring from a member of the Bragd team. By ‘big things’ we mean –

  • Setting goals and ensuring that they are achieved by effective planning, organising, and directing resources
  • Motivating and inspiring team members to achieve their best by creating a positive work environment, providing clear expectations, and recognizing accomplishments
  • Solve problems as they arise by gathering information, identifying the root cause of the problem, and developing and implementing a solution
  • Making sensible decisions that are in the best interests of the organisation by considering all the relevant factors, weighing the pros and cons of different options, and making a decision that is based on sound judgment
  • Building relationships with their team members, customers, and other stakeholders by being approachable, trustworthy, and supportive.

As standard, our leadership and management apprenticeship include: 

  • A planned schedule of focussed and interactive workshops led our team of management specialists to develop underpinning knowledge
  • Ongoing support, coaching and mentoring by subject matter experts to quickly and easily answer any questions
  • Optional ILM qualifications that add a 'next level' sense of achievement for managers and leaders in the 21st century
  • Full access to a purpose built learning platform, available 24/7 where learners can learn and study at a time that suit them
  • Support to complete a range of skills activities where apprentices apply their newfound abilities back into their day job
  • A start to finish support team who will prepare and mentor every level 3 or 5 management apprentice through their End Point Assessment (EPA).

We provide a dedicated point of contact for every client and their apprentices who is there to deal with any queries and answer any questions. We also provide apprentices and their managers with monthly progress reports and access to a progress dashboard to ensure every apprentice stays on track and gets the best from their level 3 or level 5 management program.

Level 3 Award in Business Processes

This unit provides learners with an understanding of the business processes and information security requirements to support IT operations, and the IT skills and services that support business operations. The primary role of an Infrastructure Technician is to provide support to internal and external customers, helping them to be productive when using technology to do their own jobs, by using tools to problem solve and troubleshoot non-routine problems. The Infrastructure Technician sets people up on systems and provides support when they need it, rectifying issues to maintain the organisation’s productivity. Upon completion, learners studying this unit will have gained the knowledge to support the competencies of an Infrastructure Technician.

 – Support the implementation of the business strategy for IT functions within the organisation

 – Apply and promote security requirements to IT as designated by the organisation’s SOPs
