10:20:70 MEANING?

To give every apprentice the best possible apprenticeship experience, we use a 10:20:70 structure to plan their ‘off-the-job’ time as follows:

10%

Approximately 10% of the apprenticeship will be spent attending interactive, small group virtual workshops that provide an interactive ‘kick start’ to each module

20%

Roughly 20% of the OTJ hours will be structured around fully supported online study using CompTIA’s bespoke learning platform and labs as well as individual coaching and mentoring sessions and any self-directed learning

70%

This is where it gets real! Working in partnership with Bragd and their line manager, apprentices will complete a series of structured ‘skills’ activities and work-based projects where we help apprentices apply their new knowledge and skills in the real world.

This all prepares you for a smooth transition into your end point assessment. What’s not to like?

As part of this programme we will also:

Develop the apprentices’ soft skills that are essential for those working in tech’ roles. As well as the obvious technical skills, being able to communicate effectively with others, collaborate on projects, engage with stakeholders and solve problems is really important too. These crucial career skills enable apprentices to perform at their best – every time.

Our success rates talk for themselves but talk is cheap. It’s the doing that counts and we can do.
