We have developed a end-to-end virtual learning solution (called Marvin) designed for work and home-based professional development; especially important when employers want to motivate and upskill staff while they work from home. Our professionally designed content is fully mapped to apprenticeship standards and accessed through any browser.
Marvin is simple to use and as apprentices are able to complete key tasks and assessments online, apprenticeships keep moving, funding is maximised and employees are able to upskill wherever they are based.
Everything we do is about creating a ‘can do’ world in which people do their jobs better and therefore perform better. We use apprenticeships standards to plan and deliver blended learning programmes to ensure our apprentices are successful.
