There hasn’t been a situation in most of our lifetimes when we are facing the challenges that COVID 19 has brought us. Every company is doing what they believe is the right thing to do and following government guidance is a critical part of this.
At Bragd, the health, safety and wellbeing of our team and our learners has always been and will continue to be our top priority. Our view is that if we look after our teams, our learners and our clients, we will ultimately continue to be a very successful business.
We are still open and still as busy as ever. All our team are set up with home offices so they can continue to work comfortably and safely. With remote working so common these days, we already use a range of collaborative technologies including MS Teams, Amazon Chime and Skype for business – and of course, we still use the telephone and email.
Having taken a decision as a team to stay open and continue to look after our clients, we are maximising the use of virtual technology to replace all the face-to-face aspects of our programmes.
With all but necessary travel restricted, we have moved all our classroom delivery to the virtual world, so all our programmes will continue remotely using our end-to-end virtual learning solutions. Specifically designed for virtual professional development, we continue to deliver all our apprenticeship programmes with online classrooms, small group webinars and 1-2-1 video calls for every learner – or just audio if you prefer to stay in your PJs!.
At Bragd we are proud of our great service, our engaging programmes and the level of professional and interactive education we provide. Using technology to deliver our programmes isn’t new to us either, its what we do.
